What NOT to Do in the adguru customer support Industry



That was my first question. It quickly turned into a little more.

Let’s talk about the first question. I like to think that when I say “adguru customer support,” I mean I’m not talking about the customer support that you get from an online retailer like Amazon or Walmart. I’m talking about the customer support that you receive when you call the company’s toll-free number and they answer the phone.

It is a very common question and one that we’re always happy to answer. We’ve got great customer service in our offices in the San Francisco area. We’ve got a lot of great tech support here in Los Angeles, too. We’ve got a ton of phone support too. But when it comes to answering the question. Which is the most daunting part to answer.. the customer support.

Its like asking the question “how do you feel about the new Apple iPhone?” Theres a lot of questions you could ask which makes answering the question difficult. But the ones you need to ask are the ones you really don’t know the answer to and you really don’t want to know the answer to.

Thats true, I guess. I have to say that I have had a ton of times where the customer support people were too helpful or too understanding, and I was left wondering why my phone didn’t work. I have also had times where the customer support made me feel stupid because they seemed to think that I need to have an apple ID in order to use the service they offer.

While there are so many types of customer support, adguru has several levels of customer support, which is all you really need to know. There are two primary levels of customer support, which are what I call the “level one” and the “level two” levels. The “level one” customer support is the most basic and is what most customers will use.

The level one customer support is what we all know is the least helpful and the most time consuming. The reason is because this customer support is not available through a web portal or app. The customer support is available through email, phone, live chat, and through your phone’s native app (which is the best way to talk to someone who isn’t busy on the phone).

I feel like the customer support is pretty much the best customer service that exists. Its not perfect, but it is the most helpful. Its the ones that are there for you.
